Cancellation Policy
A 25% non-refundable deposit for each unit rented must be received to confirm reservation. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival. All monies forfeited if cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival date, unless re-rented. Diligent efforts will be made in re-renting the property in case of cancellation and monies received for re-rental dates will be refunded except for the 25% non-refundable deposit
